Tema original de la serie Doctor Who (1963)

La adaptación original de 1963 del tema para Doctor Who ha sido considerada como una pieza de música electrónica innovadora e importante, y Doctor Who fue la primera serie de televisión del mundo en tener un tema musical realizado completamente con instrumentos electrónicos.
El tema original fue compuesto por Ron Grainer y realizado por Delia Derbyshire en BBC Radiophonic Workshop, con la asistencia de Dick Mills. Se crearon varias partes a partir de repeticiones de una serie de notas de piano y osciladores y filtros. La adaptación de Derbyshire sirvió, con pequeñas ediciones, hasta el final de la temporada 17 (1979-80).

La mayoría de usuarios empiezan a navegar con la minimalista página de inicio de Google, pero personalmente prefiero iGoogle que me permite dar un vistazo a la información que más me interesa (noticias, bandeja de correo, calendario, rss feeds…) sin renunciar por ello al archiconocido buscador.

The Boom dates are revealed. Once again the festival is in sync with the August full moon.
The beautiful shores of the Idanha-a-Nova lake will be the venue of Boom Festival for the fourth time. From August 11 to 18 the Boom 7th edition will take place with a avant-garde programme of arts, culture, sustainability, free expression and knowledge. The gates will open on the 11th of August and will close on the 18th.
Tickets are limited, we advise you to purchase the ticket as soon as possible as prices increase as time goes by. Tickets are available throughout the Boom Ambassadors network or through
an exclusive e-tickets service available in this website.
One week before Boom there is a new festival happening in Idanha-a-Nova. “Reboot Now” is our contribution to the emergence of new paradigms. From August 2 to 9, this event will be dedicated to showcase the “a new world is possible” ethos - from social movements to activism, new science theories to ecology, we’re joining at the same place NGOs, lecturers, thinkers, indie media and a wide variety of activists from all over the world.
